The hotel was in a great location, in the center of town.

There were small beds in our room.

The location was excellent in a great area and the staff here was very amiable. Plus, it was very close to great local/independent restaurants. The king room was neat and fantastic.

The room with a great bathroom. The location was marvellous and comfy, close to Fredericksburg Area Museum. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a downstairs lounge area.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, with super-friendly staff in the same manner he treats potential guests. The property had an ideal location feet from Fredericksburg Area Museum. It was also adjacent to Historic Downtown and Fredericksburg, VA and many historic attractions in old town.

Everything was great and met my requirements. Liked my rooms with a great bathroom. Staff was super very amiable and incredibly helpful. It took 5 minutes by foot to reach the train station.

Perfect location to attractions like Fredericksburg Area Museum, that was so close to the hotel. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a refrigerator in the room, appreciated that. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Fredericksburg.

The numerous street signs made it easy to find parking and avoid any unwanted trouble. The hotel staff was top-notch, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The spacious room had a modern design with vaulted ceilings and large windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The breakfast at the clean and inviting bistro was delicious, especially the perfectly prepared omelette with fresh fruit.

I did experience some noise from the late-night guests wandering through the hallways, which was a slight inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in the Historic District of town. Units with the updated furnishings of the brand. Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge were a huge plus.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard Fredericksburg Historic District. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they quickly addressed any issues I had. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the historic district.
